- Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions within defined timelines, ensuring follow-up

until resolution.
- Convert inquiries into sales.
- Follow up regularly on warm and cold leads to maximize conversion opportunities.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customers using the right tools and resources.
- Maintain records of customer interactions, update account information, and manage documentation

accurately.
- Identify and assess customers needs to achieve high satisfaction levels.
- Manage large volumes of incoming calls efficiently and prioritize based on urgency.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through open and positive communication.

Mandatory requirements for this position
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Experience:



Minimum 1 year of customer support experience in the service industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and issue-handling abilities.
- Ability to handle customers with patience and a positive attitude.
- Proactive approach to resolving situations and managing challenges.
- Basic computer and MS Excel knowledge.
- Sense of responsibility and ownership for customer satisfaction.
- Solid communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle objections and convert leads effectively.
