Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Customer Service Associate role based in Bengaluru, offering a salary of 35k and seeking immediate joiners, with onboarding scheduled on Mondays.

The Customer Service

Associate will handle inbound and outbound customer calls, respond to inquiries, and provide clear information about products and services. Daily responsibilities include addressing customer concerns, resolving basic issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience while adhering to company policies and procedures. The role involves maintaining accurate records of interactions, following up on pending cases,



and coordinating with internal teams to support customer needs. The associate is expected to meet performance targets, maintain professional phone etiquette, and contribute to overall customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills to handle inquiries, assist with issues, and provide reliable solutions.
- Ability to focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience by delivering courteous, timely, and helpful interactions.
- Professional Phone Etiquette, including clear communication, active listening, and respectful handling of calls.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills in English; additional regional languages are an advantage.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to work with CRM or call-center software.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru and join immediately (Monday joining only).
- Prior experience in customer-facing or call-center roles is preferred but not mandatory.
- Solid problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a calm, patient approach in high-volume environments.
