Salary & Benefits
- Salary: Up to ₹3 LPA
- In-hand Salary: ₹19,000
- Night Shift Allowance: Up to ₹3,000

Job Responsibilities




- Handle customer queries through calls and chat
- Provide accurate and timely resolutions
- Maintain good customer service standards
- Record and document customer interactions
- Follow process and quality guidelines

- Working Days: 5 days per week
- Week-offs: 2 rotational week-offs
- Location: Airoli, Mumbai
- Cab: Available as per company policy
