Role Description: The Customer Relationship Management Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role is responsible for developing and executing CRM strategies to strengthen client relationships and enhance customer loyalty for the brand. Day-to-day tasks include managing customer data, segmenting client profiles, tracking customer interactions, and designing targeted communication and engagement campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer communication and queries professionally.




- Coordinate customer orders and requirements with the internal team.
- Prepare and maintain production slips using Excel.
- Follow up on orders, production status, and delivery timelines.
- Maintain accurate customer and order records.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
- Positive spoken and written English.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to communicate with customers professionally.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Good organisational and follow-up skills.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Prior experience in customer service or coordination is an advantage, but not mandatory.
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate.
