Job Summary

We are looking for a Customer Relationship Officer (CRO) to manage and strengthen relationships with wholesale customers, dealers, distributors and business clients. The candidate will be responsible for customer communication, order coordination, sales follow-ups, complaint resolution and ensuring high customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day communication with wholesale customers, dealers and distributors.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Handle customer inquiries related to products, prices, availability, orders and delivery.
- Coordinate with the Sales, Textile, Warehouse, Billing and Dispatch teams for smooth order execution.
- Follow up on pending orders, payments, dispatches and customer requirements.
- Maintain regular communication with customers through phone, WhatsApp, email and personal visits where required.
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure timely closure of issues.
- Maintain accurate customer records, order details and follow-up status.
- Identify opportunities for repeat orders, upselling and cross-selling.




- Support the sales team in achieving monthly sales and customer-retention targets.
- Collect customer feedback regarding product quality, pricing, service and market demand.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports on customer calls, orders, follow-ups, complaints and sales activity.
- Coordinate with the accounts team regarding outstanding payments and payment follow-ups.
- Maintain positive knowledge of textile products, fabrics, designs, pricing and market trends.
- Ensure professional handling of customers and maintain the company's service standards.

Required Skills

- Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.

- Good knowledge of textile/fabric products and wholesale business.
- Sales-oriented and target-driven approach.
- Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle multiple customers and orders simultaneously.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office and WhatsApp Business.
- Good coordination skills with internal departments.
- Ability to maintain customer databases and reports.

Qualification Graduate in any discipline preferred.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Candidates from textile wholesale, fabric trading, garment, apparel, retail, distributor or B2B sales backgrounds will be preferred.

Experience: 2–5 years
