NJob Summary:

NWe are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive CRM executive to manage order processing, quality checks, and customer coordination. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth order flow, maintaining accuracy, and delivering a seamless customer experience.

NKey Responsibilities:

NProcess customer orders after they are punched into the system





NPerform thorough checks on orders, including quality control (QC) and customization requirements

NCapture images and videosof orders to ensure and document product quality

NShare tracking details with customers post-dispatch and maintain proper order flow records

NMonitor and manage order dispatch based on priority

NCoordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment

NRequired Skills & Qualifications:

NGood communication skills(both verbal and written)

NStrong attention to detail and organizational abilities

NBasic knowledge of CRM tools or order management systems

NAbility to multitask and handle priorities efficiently

NProblem-solving attitude and proactive approach
