- Guide prospective students and parents on course programs, career paths, and admission criteria.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and WhatsApp messages to convert inquiries into active enrollments.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions, feedback, and pipeline status in the database.
- Conduct regular check-ins with interested candidates to answer questions and resolve concerns.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Business, Communications, or Humanities preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong active listening abilities.
- Natural relationship-building, empathy, and convincing capabilities.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with MS Office or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
