About Us: Mega Freight Movers Ltd is a leading Logistics & Transport company operating Pan India since 1972. We are seeking a Customer Relationship Executive to maintain and enhance relationships with our clients and ensure smooth operations.

Experience: 3+ years in customer service, client relationship.

Qualification: Any Graduate.

Salary: As per company Standards.

Immediate Joiner Required.

Key Responsibilities:

- Follow up with customers and resolve issues promptly
- Follow up on outstanding payments and coordinate with the Credit Control team
- Coordinate with internal departments to address customer concerns
- Maintain daily outstanding reports and track progress




- Act as a team player with a positive approach to client relationships.
- Send regular MIS to clients as per their format.

Skills & Experience Required:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
- Valuable understanding of customer service practices and client management
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Preferred / Added Advantage: Experience in Hospitality sector or American Express / International client servicing
