Customer Relationship & Billing Executive

We are looking for a proactive and-focused Customer Relationship & Billing Executive to manage customer relationships, drive engagement, and support billing, payment, sales, and retention activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and update customer information and reco customerrds in the CRM system.
- Handle customer queries, feedback, complaints, and follow-ups professionally.
- Track leads, customer interactions, sales follow-ups, and conversions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Accounts teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Handle billing and payment-related activities, including invoice status, payment follow-ups, and outstanding dues.
- Maintain accurate billing, payment, and transaction data.
- Coordinate with the Accounts/Finance team for payment reconciliation and resolution of billing-related issues.
- Prepare CRM, billing, and payment-related reports for management.
- Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling,



and customer retention.

Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer service and relationship-management skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and CRM software.
- Basic understanding of billing and payment processes.
- Strong follow-up, coordination, and analytical skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
