Job Title: Customer Relationship Executive - Hospitality/Bakery

About Us: Baked with Love by Annie is a well-known, premium cloud kitchen specializing in custom cakes and gourmet desserts. We are looking for a proactive, customer-focused professional to manage our client interactions and daily order coordination.

What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities):

Client Relations: Respond to customer inquiries on WhatsApp, Instagram, and calls. Guide them through flavor options, cake designs, and pricing.

Order Coordination: Manage booking logs, confirm advance payments, and align details with the kitchen and design teams.

Quality Check: Perform a final visual and detail check (flavor, message, packaging) before orders are dispatched.

Logistics & Admin: Coordinate with delivery partners for timely drops, maintain daily order sheets, and handle basic billing.

What We Are Looking For (Requirements):

Experience:



1 to 3 years in Customer Service, Client Relations, Hospitality, or the F&B;/Bakery industry is preferred.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written English skills are a must.

Tech Savvy: Comfortable using WhatsApp Business, Instagram, and basic MS Excel.

Traits: Strong multi-tasking skills, detail-oriented, and reliable with regular attendance.

Work Details & Benefits:Timings: 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM

Working Days: Tuesday to Sunday (Fixed Monday Off)Leave: 18 paid leaves per year

Work Mode: 100% Work from Office.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
