About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive to manage and strengthen relationships with our hospital clients in Bangalore.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and maintain strong relationships with hospital clients.

- Regularly visit hospitals and coordinate with key stakeholders.

- Understand client requirements and ensure timely resolution of concerns.

- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth service delivery.

- Conduct regular follow-ups and gather client feedback.

- Support client retention and satisfaction.

- Maintain records of client interactions and visits.

Requirements:

- Experience in hospital operations / healthcare industry preferred.

- Good understanding of hospital processes and operations.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Willingness to travel extensively across Bangalore.

- Own two-wheeler with a valid driving license is mandatory.

- Good coordination, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.

- Immediate and local joiners will be preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
