We are looking for a Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) with experience in automobile dealerships, automotive service centres, or workshops.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer calls, enquiries, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate service appointments and customer visits.
- Update customers on vehicle/service status.
- Handle customer concerns and ensure timely resolution.
- Conduct service reminders and satisfaction calls.
- Maintain customer records in CRM/DMS.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience as CRE / Service CRE / Customer Care Executive.
- Automobile dealership or workshop experience preferred.
- Positive communication and customer-handling skills.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
