Roles and Responsibilities :

- Onboard new clients by understanding their business needs and tailoring the onboarding process to meet those needs.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless product implementation and client success.

- Develop solid relationships with clients through regular communication, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.

- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services based on client feedback.

Job Requirements :

- 3-10 years of experience in B2B SaaS company, preferably in a customer focus role such as client onboarding or account management.

- Proven track record of successfully onboarding new clients and driving product adoption.

- Strong understanding of SaaS products and ability to communicate complex technical concepts simply.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly over phone calls.
