The role involves interacting with international customers, understanding their concerns, providing accurate resolutions, and ensuring a high-quality customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries through voice/chat/email, depending on the process.
- Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate resolutions.
- Maintain professional and courteous communication with customers.
- Ensure high levels of Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) and service quality.
- Accurately document customer interactions in the CRM/system.
- Follow company policies, process guidelines and quality standards.
- Meet defined productivity, quality and customer-service targets.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team whenever required.
- Maintain a positive and professional customer experience throughout every interaction.





Eligibility Criteria
- Graduates / Undergraduates can apply, depending on process requirements.
- Freshers and candidates with prior customer service/BPO experience are welcome.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Positive listening and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and customer-handling abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts, for international processes.
- Candidates should be comfortable working from the Jaipur office.
