- Customer greeting & handling
- Vehicle delivery coordination
- Customer follow-up after service
- CSI improvement & feedback collection
- Complaint handling and escalation
- Service appointment confirmation
- Customer satisfaction & relationship management
- Coordination with Service Advisors and Workshop
- Maintain customer records in DMS/CRM
- Daily follow-up and CRM reporting

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
