We are looking for a Customer Care Executive – Inside Sales to handle inbound & outbound calls, engage potential customers and generate qualified site visits for the Sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound enquiries and outbound lead calls
- Understand customer requirements and explain solar solutions
- Follow up with prospective customers and nurture leads
- Convert qualified leads into confirmed customer site visits
- Schedule and coordinate site visits with the field Sales team
- Follow up after site visits for further conversion
- Maintain accurate lead, call and site-visit status in CRM




- Achieve assigned calling, site-visit generation and conversion targets

Requirements:

- 1–3 years of Inside Sales / Telecalling / Customer Care experience
- Positive communication in Telugu, Hindi & English
- Strong convincing and follow-up skills
- Target-oriented and comfortable with daily/monthly KPIs
- Solar/renewable energy experience is an advantage
