Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer calls, queries, and complaints.
- Make service reminder and follow-up calls.
- Schedule service appointments.
- Do Paid Service Calling
- Take customer feedback and maintain records.
- Coordinate with Service Advisors and workshop team.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.
- Maintain daily call and follow-up reports.
Eligibility
- 12th and Graduate preferred.
- Automobiles Experienced candidates can apply.
- First preference is given to Maruti Arena Experienced candidate.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel.
Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
