Job Responsibilities

Handle internal and external merchant dispute cases

Resolve merchant dispute and credit card related cases

Perform case analysis and provide appropriate resolution

Candidate Requirements

Only candidates with International BPO voice or blended process experience can apply

Minimum relevant International BPO experience required

Candidates from non BPO background cannot apply

Candidates with only email or chat process experience cannot apply

Last 5 years relieving letters are mandatory

Excellent English communication skills required

Shift and Working Details

Fixed US Shift

5 30 PM to 2 30 AM

Saturday and Sunday fixed off

Salary

Up to 6.5 LPA

Night Shift Allowance

4500 per month fixed
