NJob Description

nResponsibilities

NResponsible for identifying unemployed from nearby underserved communities

NMotivating and getting them enrolled through various mobilization strategies into various training programs

NMaintaining strong community relations to ensure participation of children, and in Nirmaan activities

NCreating platforms at a community level through which can be counselled on various qualified opportunities

NBasic knowledge on digital marketing

NRun varies digital campaigns

NRegular Tasks:

NInformation Dissemination& Mapping catchment area

NConducting mobilization drives (Door to door canvassing, Public Announcements)

NDocumenting into database





NFollow-up for suitable candidates to get them enrolled

NRaising local volunteers & Point of Contacts in community

NHome visits for trainees & Planning community events

NSending press notes and maintaining healthy relationships with local news reporters

nEducation Qualification
