About the Opportunity micro1 is engaging experienced CRM Operations Specialists to support a customer project focused on sales operations, CRM workflows, and customer relationship management. You will apply your domain expertise to evaluate and improve AI-generated outputs, helping train next-generation AI systems using high-quality, real-world business input. No prior AI experience is required, but prior paid human data work supporting AI models is a firm requirement.

Responsibilities

- Evaluate AI-generated outputs related to CRM workflows, sales processes, and automation logic for accuracy and real-world applicability.
- Review, analyze, and annotate CRM data, records, and user interactions to support AI training objectives.
- Apply written guidelines and rubrics consistently when rating or ranking model responses.
- Flag cases that fall outside existing guidelines and provide appropriate feedback.
- Contribute representative CRM scenarios, examples, and insights grounded in industry best practices.
- Document current sales operations practices, including process pain points and opportunities for improvement.
- Assess CRM workflows and automation logic for consistency, efficiency, and business relevance.
- Provide clear, actionable written feedback to project stakeholders and AI model development teams.
- Help maintain high standards for data quality and evaluation consistency throughout the project.

Required Qualifications

- 3+ years of hands-on experience in CRM and sales operations.
- At least 2 years of direct experience working with CRM platforms .
- Proven expertise with Salesforce or HubSpot , with strong depth in at least one platform.
- Comparable CRM platform experience may also be considered.
- Demonstrated ability to optimize sales processes, implement automations, and maintain CRM data integrity.
- Solid analytical skills and attention to detail when working with complex business workflows.




- Experience with process mapping and sales operations workflows.
- Prior paid human data work supporting AI , such as annotation, labeling, RLHF, AI response evaluation, model evaluation, or rubric-based grading.
- Strong written and verbal English proficiency at B2 level or above .
- Reliable internet connection and ability to begin promptly.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with additional platforms such as Close, Apollo, Salesloft, Intercom, Freshdesk, Shopify, Crayon, or ClickFunnels .
- Experience optimizing CRM automation and sales enablement workflows.
- Strong understanding of CRM data integrity and business-process optimization.
- Experience identifying workflow inefficiencies and recommending meaningful process improvements.
- Background as a software or QA engineer working with CRM integrations, automation, data migrations, or CRM logic testing.
- Experience evaluating AI-generated business outputs using structured rubrics.
- Strong ability to translate real-world CRM practices into representative examples and evaluation scenarios.

Eligibility

- Candidates must have relevant hands-on CRM and sales operations experience.
- Prior paid human data work for AI models is required.
- Simply using AI tools such as ChatGPT in day-to-day work does not satisfy this requirement .
- Candidates must have reliable internet access and be available to begin promptly.
