Job Responsibilities:

- Manage customer relationships and maintain customer records.
- Visit customers and potential clients in assigned areas.
- Generate recent leads and identify business opportunities.
- Explain company products/services to customers.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Follow up on leads and convert them into customers.
- Achieve monthly sales and business targets.
- Submit daily field visit and sales reports.
- Coordinate with the sales and CRM teams.

Requirements:

- Minimum 1 years of experience in CRM / Customer Relationship Management.




- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of CRM software and MS Office.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Customer-focused and organized approach.
