– CRM / Inside Sales Executive

Industry: Diesel Generator / Manufacturing

Location: Bhopal / Mandideep

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Experience: 1–3 years in CRM, Inside Sales, Telecalling, or Data Management

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and update customer and sales data in CRM/Excel.
- Track leads, enquiries, quotations, and sales opportunities.
- Regularly follow up with customers through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
- Coordinate with the Sales Team for lead status and customer requirements.
- Maintain daily/weekly sales and follow-up reports.
- Ensure timely follow-up on pending enquiries, quotations, and customer requirements.
- Update CRM records accurately and maintain proper documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order status, delivery, and customer queries.
- Identify pending and inactive leads and ensure appropriate follow-up.




- Support the sales team in achieving targets through effective lead tracking and coordination.

Required Skills

- Good coordination and organizational ability
- Target-oriented and proactive approach

Important: This is a 100% desk-based Inside Sales/CRM role. No field sales or regular travelling is required.
