Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, Google and social media
- Understand travel dates, group size, budget and preferred location
- Follow up regularly and convert enquiries into bookings
- Update customer details, enquiry status and follow-up records
- Coordinate payments, check-in details and guest requirements
Requirements:
- Positive spoken and written English
- Kannada and Hindi are required
- Confident and polite customer communication
- Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Excel and CRM systems
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
