- Coordination with the alliance partner for documents as per the checklist to maintain standard TAT.
- Organizing files for credit processing and submission of digital files and physical files for further processing.
- Prepare the pre-disbursement docket and file for processing by the operations department and zeroize any pendency.
- Manage post-disbursement documentation from the customer before the deviation deadlines in case of any deferral.
- Identify bottlenecksin the processes with the partner/borrower and suggest changes and implement them for streamlining the processes.
Preferred candidate profile
- MBA fresher or a professional with at least 1 years of experience in the lending industry, possessing robust knowledge of the lead-to-disbursement lifecycle for both secured and unsecured loans.
