Role Description The Creator Campaign & User Onboarding Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur. This role manages end-to-end creator campaigns, including identifying suitable creators, coordinating outreach, negotiating collaboration details, and ensuring timely content delivery. The executive will oversee user onboarding processes, guiding new creators and brand partners through platform setup, workflows, and campaign guidelines to ensure a smooth experience.

Day-to-day responsibilities include tracking campaign performance, maintaining accurate project documentation, communicating updates to internal teams and clients, and suggesting improvements based on data and feedback.



The role also involves collaborating with marketing and operations teams to refine onboarding playbooks, streamline processes, and support overall campaign success.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical skills to interpret campaign data, user behavior, and performance metrics, and to generate actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication, stakeholder management, and the ability to explain processes to creators and clients.
- Experience in campaign management and handling creator or influencer campaigns, including planning, execution, and post-campaign reporting.
- Solid project management skills to manage multiple campaigns, coordinate timelines, and ensure deliverables are met.
- Familiarity with influencer marketing, digital marketing, or social media platforms, and interest in creator ecosystems.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with basic productivity tools and reporting dashboards; experience with CRM or campaign management tools is an advantage.

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
