? We’re Hiring: Creative Strategist | Meta Ads

MetaRise Digital is looking for a Creative Strategist to join our team.

This role is primarily about creating high-quality, performance-focused ad creatives for Meta Ads .

You’ll work directly with our Meta Ads Specialist to develop creatives that grab attention, communicate the right message, and drive leads for our clients.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Create static and video ad creatives for Facebook & Instagram
- Develop different hooks, angles, concepts, and creative variations
- Research the target audience, competitors, and market
- Understand why people stop scrolling, engage, and click
- Turn campaign strategies into compelling ad creatives
- Work closely with our Meta Ads Specialist to develop creative direction
- Review campaign performance and improve creatives based on results
- Continuously test current creative ideas, formats, and messaging

What We’re Looking For
- Experience creating Meta/Facebook & Instagram ad creatives
- Strong creative thinking and attention to detail




- Understanding of audience psychology and direct-response advertising
- Ability to create both static and video creatives
- Ability to come up with fresh creative concepts and angles
- Understanding of hooks, messaging, CTAs, and visual storytelling
- Ability to explain why a creative should work , not just make it look good
- Experience with Canva, Photoshop, Figma, Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar tools
- Portfolio of previous ad creatives is required
