Creative Manager

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced, creative, and highly driven Creative Manager to lead our creative team and develop impactful ideas for digital campaigns and client projects. The ideal candidate should have strong creative thinking, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage both clients and creative teams effectively.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the creative team, ensuring high-quality and timely project delivery.
- Develop innovative creative concepts and campaign ideas for digital platforms.
- Plan and execute creative strategies for social media, branding, advertising, and digital campaigns.
- Review and approve designs, videos, content, and other creative outputs.
- Understand client requirements and translate them into strong creative solutions.
- Coordinate with designers, video editors, content writers, and digital marketing teams.
- Maintain brand consistency across all client communication and campaigns.
- Stay updated with current digital trends, creative formats, AI tools, and social media trends.
- Handle multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
- Provide creative direction, feedback, and guidance to team members.




- Participate in client meetings and presentations when required.
- Continuously explore new ideas, concepts, and creative approaches to improve campaign performance.

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a creative, advertising, branding, or digital marketing environment.
- Solid creative thinking and a good understanding of digital marketing.
- Excellent knowledge of social media content and digital campaign trends.
- Strong leadership and team-management skills.
- Positive communication and client-handling abilities.
- Ability to develop concepts and take projects from idea to execution.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects.
- Knowledge of AI-powered creative tools will be an added advantage.

What We’re Looking For A creative thinker, strong leader, and problem solver who can inspire a team, understand clients, and consistently deliver fresh, engaging, and high-quality creative work. Candidates with a strong creative portfolio will be preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
