Role Description The Creative Reel Creator Intern role is a full-time, on-site position based in Jaipur. The intern will conceptualize and produce short-form video content and reels for social media platforms, aligned with brand guidelines and campaign objectives. Daily tasks include brainstorming ideas with the marketing team, scripting and storyboarding reel concepts, capturing and editing video content, and optimizing reels for platform-specific formats and trends.

The intern will collaborate with designers, copywriters, and strategists to ensure consistent branding and messaging, track performance metrics of published content, and suggest creative improvements.



This role offers hands-on experience in digital content creation and brand storytelling in a team-oriented agency environment.

Qualifications

- Strong creativity skills and visual storytelling abilities, with a passion for short-form video content and social media trends.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with marketing, design, and branding teams and present creative concepts clearly.
- Ability to develop and support creative strategy and branding initiatives, ensuring reels align with brand identity and campaign goals.
- Writing skills for crafting engaging hooks, captions, and basic scripts for reels and other digital content.
- Basic proficiency in video shooting and editing tools (e.g., mobile editing apps, Premiere Pro, or similar) is highly beneficial.
- Familiarity with major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.) and current content trends.
- Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects in a rapid-paced environment.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in marketing, media, communications, design, or a related field is an advantage.
