We are looking for a Creative & Graphic Designer who can bring ideas to life through visually strong, modern and engaging designs.

If you love creating scroll-stopping social media creatives, advertisements, product visuals and brand campaigns, this role is for you!

What You'll Do

- Create engaging creatives for Instagram, Facebook and other social media platforms.
- Design posts, stories, reels covers, banners and promotional content.
- Create high-quality Meta Ads and digital marketing creatives.
- Design website banners, campaign creatives and promotional graphics.
- Create attractive visuals for new watch launches, offers and product campaigns.
- Edit and retouch product images to maintain a premium look.
- Convert marketing ideas and briefs into creative visual concepts.
- Maintain consistency in Argos' brand identity, fonts, colours and visual style.
- Work closely with the Marketing, Content and Creative teams.
- Handle multiple design requirements while meeting deadlines.
- Take feedback positively and make quick design improvements.
- Stay updated with current design, social media and D2C trends.

Skills We're Looking For
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Good knowledge of Canva and/or Figma is a plus.
- Strong understanding of typography, colours,



layouts and composition.
- Good photo editing and image-retouching skills.
- Understanding of social media creative formats.
- Strong creative thinking and visual sense.
- Good attention to detail.
- Ability to understand a brief and execute designs independently.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
