Job SummaryWe are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with 5-10 years of experience, preferably in the real estate industry. The candidate will be responsible for creating visually compelling marketing materials, branding assets, digital creatives, and property campaign designs that enhance brand visibility and support sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Design high-quality marketing collateral including brochures, flyers, banners, hoardings, site branding, presentations, and advertisements.
- Create digital assets for social media, websites, email campaigns, and online promotions.
- Develop visual concepts and branding for real estate projects and corporate campaigns.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and CRM teams to understand campaign requirements and deliver creative solutions.
- Ensure consistency of brand identity across all communication channels.
- Handle image editing, retouching, layout design, and typography for promotional materials.
- Coordinate with printers, vendors, and production teams for final output execution.
- Stay updated with current design trends, tools, and real estate marketing practices.




- Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines efficiently.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelors degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or related field.
- 5-10 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in real estate, architecture,construction, or related industries.

- Strong proficiency in

- Adobe Photoshop

- Adobe Illustrator

- Adobe InDesign

- CorelDRAW

- Canva / Figma (preferred)
- Strong understanding of branding, typography, color theory, and layout design.
- Experience in print production and outdoor advertising creatives.
- Knowledge of video editing/motion graphics is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and time-management skills.
