The Creative Director is a full-time, hybrid role based in Mumbai. This role leads the creative vision and execution for healthcare brands, overseeing concept development, brand storytelling, and integrated campaign design across digital channels.

Day-to-day responsibilities include guiding creative strategy, directing art and design teams, reviewing and refining visual and verbal brand assets, and ensuring consistency across web, social, mobile, and performance marketing initiatives.

The Creative

Director collaborates closely with account managers, strategists, and performance teams to translate business and patient acquisition goals into compelling creative outputs. The role also involves mentoring creative team members, presenting concepts to clients,



and staying current with digital marketing and healthcare communication trends.

Qualifications

- Creative Direction and Creative Strategy skills to shape overarching brand narratives and integrated campaign ideas.
- Branding expertise to define and maintain visual identity, tone of voice, and positioning for healthcare brands.
- Art Direction skills to lead visual concept development and guide designers, illustrators, and content creators.
- Graphic Design capabilities to evaluate and contribute to high-quality layouts, digital assets, and marketing collateral.
- Proven experience in a senior creative role within digital or integrated agencies, preferably with healthcare or impact-driven brands.
- Robust portfolio demonstrating multi-channel campaigns, brand systems, and data-informed creative solutions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and clients.
