About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Creative Designer to join our team. This role is ideal for freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who have a robust interest in visual design, branding, digital content, and creative communication.

The candidate will work closely with the creative, marketing, and business development teams to create engaging visual content across digital and print platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Create creative designs for social media posts, campaigns, advertisements, presentations, brochures, and marketing materials.
- Develop visually appealing concepts based on project requirements and brand guidelines.
- Design graphics for Instagram, LinkedIn, websites, digital campaigns, and other platforms.
- Assist in creating branding and marketing collaterals.
- Work on presentations, posters, banners, invitations, and promotional materials.
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop new design ideas.
- Make design modifications based on feedback and project requirements.
- Maintain consistency in typography, colours, layouts, and overall brand identity.
- Stay updated with current design trends, creative styles, and digital content trends.
- Manage multiple design assignments while meeting deadlines.

Required Skills
- Good understanding of design principles, composition, typography, colour theory, and visual hierarchy.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Knowledge of InDesign, Figma, Canva,



or other design tools is an advantage.
- Good sense of aesthetics and attention to detail.
- Ability to convert ideas and concepts into creative visual designs.
- Basic understanding of social media design and digital content.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Willingness to learn and experiment with new creative styles.

Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree/diploma in Visual Communication, Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related field.
- 0–1 year of experience in graphic/creative design.
- Freshers with a strong portfolio are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates should have a portfolio showcasing academic, personal, freelance, or professional design projects.
