Role Description This is a full-time, in office role for a Creative Brand and Packaging Designer based in Bhubaneswar. The designer will develop and refine brand identities, ensuring cohesive visual language across packaging, print, and digital touchpoints. Day-to-day responsibilities include conceptualizing and executing packaging designs, preparing production-ready artwork, and collaborating with product, marketing, and development teams to align design solutions with business and user needs.

The role involves conducting visual research, creating mood boards and design systems, presenting concepts to stakeholders,



and iterating based on feedback to maintain consistent, human-centered design standards.

Qualifications

- Branding and identity design skills, including logo development, visual systems, and style guides.
- Packaging design skills, such as structural understanding, layout, typography, and print-ready artwork preparation.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Figma or similar).
- Ability to conduct design research, analyze trends, and translate insights into clear visual concepts.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams and presenting design work.
- Attention to detail, time management, and the ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience with sustainable packaging considerations and basic knowledge of print production processes is an advantage.
