Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Crane Painter with 2-8 years of experience in industrial painting and surface preparation of cranes, heavy equipment, and structural steel components. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring high-quality surface finishing, corrosion protection, and compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare crane surfaces for painting through cleaning, sanding, grinding, blasting, and surface treatment.
- Apply primers, paints, coatings, and protective finishes using spray guns, brushes, and rollers.
- Inspect surfaces and identify defects, rust, corrosion, or damaged coatings.
- Ensure proper mixing and application of paints according to specifications and technical requirements.
- Perform touch-up painting and coating repairs as required.
- Maintain painting equipment, tools, and spray systems in valuable working condition.
- Follow workplace safety procedures while handling paints, solvents, and chemicals.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, project specifications, and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with maintenance, fabrication, and quality teams to complete painting activities on schedule.
- Maintain records of paint consumption and completed work.

Required Qualifications




- ITI / Diploma / Vocational Certification in Painting, Industrial Coating, or related field preferred.
- 2-8 years of experience in crane painting, heavy equipment painting, or industrial painting.
- Knowledge of surface preparation techniques, spray painting methods, and coating systems.
- Familiarity with industrial safety standards and PPE requirements.
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings and paint specifications.
