Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Admission Counsellor to guide prospective students and parents through the admission process. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to understand students' requirements and recommend suitable courses or programs.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel students and parents regarding available courses, programs, eligibility, fees, and admission procedures.
- Understand students' educational goals, interests, and career aspirations.
- Follow up with prospective students through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
- Convert enquiries into successful admissions by providing accurate information and effective counselling.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and update admission records.
- Assist students with the application, documentation, and admission process.
- Achieve individual and team admission/enrolment targets.
- Coordinate with the academic and administration teams to ensure a smooth admission experience.
- Maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow-ups, applications,



and admissions.
- Participate in admission campaigns, seminars, educational fairs, and promotional activities when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline; relevant counselling or education experience is an advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and convincing skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and basic computer applications.
- Ability to handle multiple enquiries and follow-ups efficiently.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Fluency in English and Hindi; knowledge of Gujarati is an advantage.
- Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.

Pay: ₹11,665.19 - ₹43,400.16 per month
