Roles and Responsibilities :

- Conduct outbound calls to students, parents, and educational institutions to promote skill development programs.

- Provide student counseling services to help individuals make informed decisions about their education and career paths.

- Maintain accurate records of all interactions using digital tools such as Excel or CRM software.

- Collaborate with internal teams to identify recent business opportunities and develop strategies for community mobilization.

Job Requirements :

- 1-6 years of experience in calling, community mobilization, database management, digitization, or related fields.

- Strong skills in data management, excel, mobilisation, student counselling, and digital marketing (digital marketing).

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
