Role Description The Costing Senior Executive is a full-time, on-site role based at Morbi Plant.

Prepare and maintain product cost sheets and standard costs with knowledge of SAP HANA Costing module

Assist in new product costing and cost estimation.

Monitor material, labour, and manufacturing overhead costs.

Perform cost variance analysis and recommend corrective actions.

Support inventory valuation, reconciliation, and physical stock verification.

Assist in monthly costing close and preparation of cost MIS reports in SAP HANA Costing module.

Coordinate across functions for costing-related activities.

Assist in internal and statutory audit requirements.

Qualifications





- CMA / Inter CMA / M.com/ MBA Finance with 2 to 3 years of experience in Costing and SAP
- Costing and financial analysis skills, including experience with product costing, variance analysis, and margin evaluation.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools like SAP CO Module, MS Excel to manage and review cost-related information.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes, particularly in ceramics, tiles, or bathware, and understanding of materials, labor, and overhead cost structures.
- Strong attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and ability to work with large datasets
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams
- CMA or Inter CMA or MBA Finance or M.com/B.com with Costing experience
- Relevant experience in a costing or finance role within a manufacturing environment
- Ability to work on-site in Morbi, demonstrate integrity in handling financial data, and adapt to evolving business and industry needs.
