Role & responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain ZBC (Zero-Based Costing) for recent and existing products as per company costing standards.
- Prepare, review, and validate detailed cost break-ups, including raw materials, labour, processing, overheads, packaging, etc.
- Cross-check vendor quotations and cost sheets to ensure accuracy, transparency, and competitiveness of costing.
- Conduct vendor visits to physically verify raw material prices, mfg. processes, labour requirement, wastage, overheads, etc.
- Evaluate the costing impact of changes in materials, specifications, construction, processes, quantities, and supplier sources.
Preferred candidate profile
Minimum Qualification: Graduation
Minimum Experience: 3 years
