Conduct training sessions and demonstrations on the learning management system.
Monitor and present employee learning progress through the LMS.
Provide first level support to users for LMS-related queries and issues.
Coordinate with departments to ensure timely completion of assigned learning modules.
Create and update training materials, presentations, and user guides.
Track training completion, generate reports, and maintain LMS records.
Assist in onboarding employees on the LMS platform.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly training reports.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
