We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Corporate Trainer to design, develop, and deliver training programs that enhance employees’ knowledge, skills, and overall performance. The ideal candidate will assess training needs, create engaging learning materials, conduct training sessions, and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify training and development needs through discussions, surveys, performance reviews, and business requirements.
- Design and deliver engaging training programs for employees at different levels.
- Develop training materials, presentations, manuals, activities, assessments, and e-learning content.
- Conduct classroom, virtual, and workshop-based training sessions.
- Provide onboarding and induction training for new employees.
- Deliver soft-skills, communication, leadership, customer service, sales, behavioral, and professional-development training as required.
- Assess participants’ learning and measure training effectiveness.
- Collect feedback and continuously improve training programs.
- Maintain training records, attendance,



assessments, and performance reports.
- Work closely with HR and department heads to align training initiatives with organizational goals.
- Stay updated on industry trends, training methodologies, and learning technologies.
- Coach and mentor employees to support their professional growth.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Relevant experience as a Corporate Trainer, Learning & Development Specialist, HR Trainer, or similar role.
- Excellent presentation, communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge of adult-learning principles and training methodologies.
- Ability to create engaging presentations and training materials.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and online training platforms.
