Key Responsibilities

- Support debt raising, refinancing and working capital management.

- Manage relationships with banks, financial institutions, rating agencies and investors.

- Evaluate financing options and support capital structure optimisation.

- Manage credit rating renewals and coordinate with internal stakeholders for required data.

- Review and negotiate financing/security documentation in the Company's interest.

- Manage NCD issuances, including IM preparation, stakeholder coordination and regulatory compliances.

- Prepare financial information and presentations for lenders and stakeholders.
