Role Description The Corporate Chartered Accountant at Nexfore Consulting will manage and oversee corporate finance, accounting, and compliance activities to support the firm’s safety, consulting, and CSR initiatives. This is a full time, on-site role based in Thane. The role includes preparing and reviewing financial statements, managing budgets and forecasts, monitoring cash flow, and ensuring adherence to accounting standards and statutory requirements.
The Chartered
Accountant will handle direct and indirect tax compliance, coordinate audits, and maintain accurate documentation for certifications, licensing, and regulatory filings.
Day-to-day responsibilities also involve supporting pricing and cost analysis for consulting projects, advising on financial risk and controls, collaborating with project and CSR teams on financial planning, and providing management with timely financial reports and insights.
Qualifications
- Professional qualification as a Chartered Accountant (CA) with strong knowledge of corporate accounting standards and financial reporting.
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial analysis for corporate or consulting environments.
- Sound understanding of direct and indirect tax laws, compliance, and liaisoning with regulatory and tax authorities.
- Hands-on experience with audits, internal controls, documentation, and support for certifications and licensing processes.
- Proficiency in accounting and ERP software, MS Excel, and data analysis tools.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and ability to interpret financial data for decision-making.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with consulting, safety, and CSR teams and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work on-site in Thane on a full-time basis and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Prior experience in consulting, safety services, infrastructure, or related sectors is an advantage.
