We are looking for an experienced and mature Thekedar / Site Contractor to manage and supervise day-to-day work at our real estate project sites.

The ideal candidate should have strong practical knowledge of construction/site work and should be capable of independently handling labour, contractors, materials, work schedules, and site activities. We are looking for a responsible person who can take ownership of assigned work and ensure that work is completed properly and on time.

Key Responsibilities

- Take responsibility for day-to-day construction and site activities.
- Manage and supervise labourers and workers at the project site.
- Allocate work to labourers and ensure proper utilization of manpower.
- Coordinate with management regarding daily work requirements and progress.
- Supervise construction, repair, maintenance, finishing, and other site-related activities.
- Ensure assigned work is completed within the given timeline.
- Monitor the quality of work and ensure proper execution.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors regarding materials and site requirements.
- Check material requirements and avoid unnecessary wastage.
- Maintain discipline and proper coordination among workers.
- Handle day-to-day labour-related issues at the site.
- Monitor attendance and availability of workers.
- Ensure tools, equipment, and materials are properly used and maintained.
- Identify site-related problems and inform management promptly.




- Provide regular updates on work progress, manpower, and material requirements.
- Ensure basic safety practices are followed at the site.
- Take ownership of assigned work and ensure smooth execution from start to completion.

Requirements

- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in construction, real estate, or site contracting.
- Solid practical knowledge of construction and site activities.
- Previous experience handling labour and workers is required.
- Should be capable of independently managing site work.
- Good knowledge of construction materials and basic construction processes.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Should be responsible, disciplined, and trustworthy.
- Mature and experienced candidates will be preferred.
- Ability to handle pressure and meet work deadlines.
- Willingness to work at project sites.
