We are looking for an experienced QA Automation Engineer with strong expertise in Tricentis TOSCA and hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion applications, preferably across Finance and/or HCM modules. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, executing, and maintaining scalable TOSCA automation suites for enterprise applications.

The role requires strong knowledge of test automation, regression testing, test-data management, defect analysis, and collaboration with business and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

Lead test strategy, planning, estimation, execution, and automation activities.

Design and execute risk-based test coverage for critical business workflows.

Convert manual test scenarios into automation-ready TOSCA TestCases.

Develop reusable TOSCA Modules, TestStepBlocks, templates, and automation components.

Create and maintain TOSCA ExecutionLists for smoke, regression, and release testing.

Automate complex Oracle Fusion Finance/HCM business processes.

Perform UI automation using TOSCA XScan and maintain application modules.

Handle dynamic objects, synchronization, recovery mechanisms, and long-running processes.

Implement data-driven testing and manage test-data dependencies.

Execute TOSCA automation suites and investigate failures.

Differentiate between application defects, automation failures,



environment issues, access issues, and test-data problems.

Log and track defects with transparent reproducible evidence using defect-management tools.

Perform backend validation using SQL where required.

Support CI/CD integration and distributed execution using tools such as Jenkins and TOSCA DEX.

Review automation assets and enforce coding, naming, repository, and documentation standards.

Participate in defect triage, release validation, regression cycles, and quarterly release testing.

Prepare automation metrics, technical documentation, runbooks, and knowledge-transfer materials.

Mentor junior automation engineers and support continuous improvement of the automation framework.
