Provide onsite IT support for plant operations, ensuring secure IT infrastructure, effective user support, cybersecurity compliance, and successful execution of IT projects and global initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Project &
- Transformation Support.

- Support IT carve-out and transition activities.

- Assist in global IT standardization and digital transformation projects.

- Support deployment and upgrade of network infrastructure, including switches, firewalls, and wireless solutions.

- Coordinate with global, regional, and local IT teams for project execution.

- IT Operations

- Provide end-user support for desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, mobile devices, and applications.

- Manage incidents and service requests in line with agreed service levels.

- Support user onboarding, offboarding, and access management.

- Maintain IT asset inventory and software licenses.

- Infrastructure &

- Security

- Support LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, Internet connectivity, switches, and firewalls.

- Monitor endpoint security, patch management, and antivirus compliance.

- Support IT security audits and ensure adherence to company policies.

- Identify and report security and compliance risks.

- Disaster Recovery &

- Business Continuity.

- Perform disaster recovery testing and backup verification activities.

- Test system reinstallation and recovery procedures.

- Maintain recovery documentation and logs.

- Preventive Maintenance &

- Vendor Management





- Perform preventive maintenance of IT infrastructure and equipment.

- Track AMC, warranty, and software renewal requirements.

- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and OEM support teams.

- Ensure timely resolution of infrastructure and service issues.

- Documentation &

- Reporting

- Maintain IT documentation, SOPs, network diagrams, and support records.

- Prepare periodic reports on IT operations, assets, incidents, and compliance.

- Document system changes, maintenance activities, and recovery tests.

- Manufacturing Plant IT Support

- Support shopfloor systems, barcode scanners, label printers, biometric devices, CCTV, and access control systems.

- Coordinate with ERP/MES/application support teams for plant operations.

- Ensure high availability of critical production-related IT systems.

- Qualifications &

- Experience

- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Electronics, or related field.

- 3-5 years of experience in IT Infrastructure and End User Support.

- Experience in a manufacturing or plant environment preferred.
