CONTINENTAL COMMIS 1 –

Position: Commis 1 – Continental

Experience: 2-5 years preferred

Duty Hours: 10 hours per day

Weekly Off: 1 day per week

Job Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook Continental and fast-food items according to standard recipes and quality requirements.
- Must have valuable practical knowledge of Pizza, Burger, Sandwiches and Fried Chicken.
- Knowledge of Neapolitan-style Pizza preparation will be an added advantage.
- Handle food preparation, cooking, plating and presentation.
- Maintain consistency in taste, portion size and food quality.
- Follow proper food hygiene, cleanliness and kitchen safety standards.
- Assist senior chefs and other kitchen team members during daily operations.
- Maintain proper storage and handling of ingredients.
- Keep the workstation and kitchen equipment clean and organized.
- Manage food preparation efficiently during busy service hours.

Key Skills Required:




- Good knowledge of Continental and fast-food preparation.
- Must be skilled in Pizza, Burger, Sandwich and Fried Chicken.
- Neapolitan Pizza-making skills preferred.
- Good knife skills and basic kitchen knowledge.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Good understanding of hygiene and food safety.

Working Conditions:
- 10-hour duty per day.
- 1 weekly off.
- If the candidate works on the weekly off/weekend as required by the company, additional overtime payment will be provided as per company policy.
- Salary will be discussed based on experience and skill level.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
