Responsibilities:

- Prepare Continental and Chinese dishes as per menu and required standards.

- Prepare items such as Pasta, Pizza, Sandwiches, Soups, Salads, Grilled Items, Noodles, Fried Rice, Manchurian, Starters and more.

- Handle bulk food preparation for catering, events and functions.

- Maintain consistent taste, quality and presentation.

- Prepare sauces, gravies, dressings and other ingredients.

- Follow proper food hygiene and safety standards.

- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and cooking equipment.

- Ensure timely preparation of food during service.

- Coordinate with the kitchen team during events and catering operations.

- Minimize food wastage and maintain proper portion control.

✅ Requirements:





- Previous experience as a Continental & Chinese Cook preferred.

- Good knowledge of Continental and Chinese cuisine.

- Experience in bulk cooking/catering preferred.

- Knowledge of food hygiene and safety practices.

- Good teamwork and time management skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen workplace.

- Flexible to work during events and catering functions.

- Freshers with basic cooking knowledge may also be considered.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
