Role Description This is a full time, on-site Content Writer role based in Pune City.

The Content

Writer will develop clear, engaging content for websites, product descriptions, blogs, social media, and marketing campaigns, aligned with the company’s brand and sustainability values. Daily responsibilities include researching agricultural and organic farming topics, drafting and editing content, collaborating with marketing and product teams, and adapting complex technical information into accessible language.



The role involves maintaining content calendars, optimizing content for search and user engagement, and ensuring accuracy and consistency across all communication channels.

The Content

Writer will also contribute to farmer training materials, case studies, and thought leadership content that support knowledge-sharing and brand awareness.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong content creation skills, including web content writing, blog writing, and the ability to translate technical agri concepts into clear, audience-friendly language.
- Candidates should possess skills in content strategy and planning, including research, audience analysis, and the ability to align content with business and marketing goals.
- Candidates should possess high-level language quality skills, including editing, proofreading, and maintaining consistent tone and style across formats.
- Candidates should possess digital and marketing-related skills, such as basic SEO, social media content creation, and understanding of online content performance metrics.
- Relevant qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, English, Agriculture, Marketing, or a related field, along with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
