We are looking for a creative Content Writer

Position Overview:

We are looking for a creative and research-oriented Content Writer who can develop engaging, informative, and persuasive content for our real estate brand.

The ideal candidate should have a strong command of English, excellent research skills, and the ability to simplify real estate concepts into engaging content for different audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create high-quality content for website, blogs, social media, LinkedIn, Instagram, email campaigns, brochures, and marketing materials.
- Research real estate projects, locations, market trends, developers, and customer insights.
- Write engaging content around real estate, investment opportunities, lifestyle, and property trends.
- Develop social media captions, campaign content, scripts, and creative copy.
- Work closely with the Sales, Marketing, and Creative teams to understand campaign requirements.
- Create SEO-friendly blogs and website content.
- Proofread and edit content for grammar, clarity, tone, and accuracy.
- Maintain consistency in Home Locator's brand voice and communication style.
- Stay updated with Bengaluru real estate trends, market developments, and competitor content.
- Convert complex property information into easy, customer-friendly content.
- Support the team with content ideas and new formats for improving brand engagement.

Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Content Writing, Copywriting, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong research and storytelling abilities.




- Good understanding of social media platforms and digital content.
- Basic knowledge of SEO and keyword research.
- Ability to write content in different tones and formats.
- Strong attention to detail and proofreading skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with different teams.
- Prior experience in real estate, luxury, lifestyle, or digital marketing will be an advantage.
