Role Description The Content Producer is a full-time remote role responsible for planning, creating, and managing multimedia content that supports PPStack’s learning and career transformation initiatives. Day-to-day tasks include producing video lessons, tutorials, and promotional videos, coordinating end-to-end production workflows, and collaborating with subject matter experts, designers, and marketing teams to develop engaging educational and brand content. The role involves shaping content concepts and storylines, maintaining content calendars,



and ensuring consistency in messaging across platforms such as websites, learning platforms, social media, and email campaigns.

The Content

Producer will also monitor content performance, optimize materials based on data and feedback, and ensure all assets align with PPStack’s quality standards and brand guidelines.

Qualifications

- Ability to lead end-to-end Content Production, including planning, scripting, and asset coordination.
- Hands-on experience in Video Production, including filming or directing, basic editing oversight, and managing production timelines.
- Strong skills in Content Strategy and Content Management to organize content libraries, maintain calendars, and align output with business goals.
- Excellent Writing skills for scripts, educational materials, marketing copy, and platform content.
- Familiarity with digital learning environments, EdTech or online education is advantageous.
- Proficiency with common content and video tools (e.g., CMS platforms, video editing collaboration tools, project management software).
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote, cross-functional team.
- Attention to detail, ability to manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a quick-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Media, Communications, Education, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
